​We are looking for a young, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing Executive who has a passion for sales and marketing. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to work under pressure to achieve business targets in the consultancy, construction and interior design sector.

​Job Responsibilities:

​Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's Consultancy, Construction and Interior design services.

​Identify potential clients, visit project sites, and build strong professional relationships.

​Understand client requirements and present customized solutions effectively.

● Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.

​● Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective corporate/individual clients.

​● Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and report to management regularly.

​Employment Status: Full-time

Job Location: Bogura.

​Educational Requirements:

​Graduation / Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA/Marketing background will get preference).

​Experience Requirements:

​1 to 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.

​Additional Requirements:

​Age: Maximum 30 years.

●​ Must have an extrovert personality with the ability to build rapport with people easily.
